BBC Bitesize GIFs

BBC Bitesize wanted to bring their online quiz sections to life, making them more fun & engaging to primary school children in Key Stage 1 plus Upper & Lower Key Stage 2 (KS1, LKS2, UKS2).  They required a set of 40 looping animated GIFs featuring their brand new Bitesize Primary branding and characters. 

WONKY developed 40 quirky concepts that the audience could relate to.  The older the age group, the more surreal the scenarios, in order to grab their attention.

All the GIFs had to work across a variety of subjects so that they could be embedded into any quiz questions, either acting as holding imagery or to provide feedback dependent on the user’s answer – congratulating the user on a correct answer or encouraging them to think again.
